We are a community – led Transition Support Initiative responding to crisis or shifts into sustainability the whole systems way.

We approach crisis as a healthy opening for transformation into resilience and self-sustainability through consciousness, culture, and co-creativity.

Using appreciative inquiry, whole systems thinking, and social innovation, we hope to inspire and empower communities online or on the ground through simple and sustainable actions that assist in restoring and regenerating human and ecosystem relationships for well - being and development.

We are currently moving to a new website while modelling a self-sustaining community on the ground and are not too active at the moment as we prepare to relaunch sometime in 2013.

We are responding to relief and rehabilitation to Hurricane Haina survivors through our Garden to Garden Releaf Response. Beginning with the bounty of a garden through vegetables, fruits that we can dehydrate and share as smoothies and powdered supplements to boost immunity for evacuees and ending by supporting communities recover by co-creating start up permaculture gardens for food security and self - sustainability.
